How vendor verification works

A business appears in the public directory only after email confirmation, a complete profile, corporate documents and a review by our team. Clients then rate completed work, and that rating becomes the trust score.

The review

Six steps from registration to a public listing

  1. 01

    Create a vendor account

    Register with the business contact’s name and email. Registration is free while the open window is active.

  2. 02

    Confirm the email address

    A verification link is sent before the first sign-in. The profile cannot be submitted for review until that email is confirmed.

  3. 03

    Complete the business profile

    Business name, primary contact, phone, street address, LGA, state, a short description, a photo of the contact person, and at least one specialisation. Logo, RC number and years of experience can be added at the same time.

  4. 04

    Upload corporate documents

    At least one document is required: CAC, Certificate of Incorporation, or a tax document. Professional licences can be added. Files stay private to the vendor and the review team.

  5. 05

    Submit for review

    The profile moves to under review and is locked while it is checked. Reviewers compare the business name, contact details and documents, then approve the listing or return it with the reason.

  6. 06

    Go live, then earn a trust score

    Approved vendors are listed once their trust score meets the public threshold. Phone numbers stay off the public card until a client request is accepted. After a job, the client rates the work and the score updates.

Free registration

₦0 for a full profile, directory listing, trust score and enquiries.

Premium placement

₦50,000 from month six: priority placement, promotion on our channels, and a richer public page.

Public threshold

A listing is shown when the trust score is at least 3.5. New profiles stay out of the directory until review is complete.

For clients

Search by name or specialisation. Results can be ranked by distance from a shared location. A guest request is enough to start; an account keeps the history.
