Adewale Adegoke
Founder & Managing Director
Adewale Adegoke is the Founder and Managing Director of Agroxchange Technology Services Limited, with over two decades of experience in precision agriculture, GIS, and remote sensing. He pioneered the Smart Farming Advisory and Technical Centre in Nigeria — one of the first of its kind on the continent.
He holds degrees from the University of Ibadan, the University of Nottingham (Postgraduate Diploma in Geographic Information Science), Harvard Business School (Corporate Finance Certificate), and the University of Oxford / Saïd Business School (Executive Leadership Certificate). He is a Country Representative of the International Society of Precision Agriculture (ISPA) and a member of the Institute of Directors (UK and Nigeria).
Adewale was named First Runner-Up at the 2022 African Earth Observation Challenge (Agriculture category) in Nairobi, Kenya, and was a Finalist at the 2023 Entrepreneurship World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Top 40 out of 34,000 applicants). He designed and developed the African Alliance for Food Security and Agribusiness (AAFSA), a youth agritech mentorship and digital extension ecosystem.
Adebiyi Adegoke
Co-Founder & Director of Corporate Strategy
Adebiyi Adegoke has over 15 years of experience in developing and enhancing corporate strategies for small businesses across North America and West Africa. As Co-Founder and Director of Corporate Strategy at Agroxchange Technology Services Limited and Nigeria Flying Labs, he has successfully realigned the vision and strategy of the firm to meet changes in the business environment.
Adebiyi's strength lies in drawing up financing roadmaps and establishing strong strategic partnerships. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Nottingham, UK (2004), a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business at Mohawk College, Canada (2007), and an MBA in the USA (2010).
Chief Kola Akosile
Director, Business Development
Chief Kola Akosile is the Chairman of the African Alliance for Food Security and Agribusiness (AAFSA) and a veteran Nigerian business leader with decades of experience spanning agribusiness, trade, and enterprise development.
He is a former National Vice President of NACCIMA, former Chairman of the MSME/SDG and Vice-Chairman of the Agribusiness Trade Groups, and former President of the Odua Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (ODUACCIMA). He currently serves as Chairman of the Technical & Advisory Committee of the Technology Incubation Center (TIC), Ado-Ekiti, and is an alumnus of the New York Institute of Finance and the World Bank Institute.
Oluwatomiwo Famusudo
Project Manager
Oluwatomiwo Famusudo is a highly skilled professional with over 10 years of experience in the agricultural sector. She is responsible for managing and coordinating agricultural projects within Agroxchange, leveraging her strong background in project management and solid understanding of agricultural systems.
She ensures the successful execution of initiatives — liaising with cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and managing stakeholder communication. She holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Science from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU).
Olabamide Kayode-Adedeji
Business Development Manager
Olabamide Kayode-Adedeji is a dynamic professional with over two decades of experience in crop production and information technology. He has a proven track record in business development and sales within the agricultural industry, with in-depth knowledge of agricultural markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
His role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving Agroxchange's growth. He holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Ibadan and is Microsoft Certified as a Systems Engineer and Database Administrator.
Michael Esuku
GIS Operations Technician
Michael Esuku is a skilled GIS Operations Technician with deep expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and precision agriculture. He possesses a thorough understanding of geospatial data collection, management, and analysis within the agricultural context.
His role involves working closely with agronomists and business development personnel to collect and analyse data, create informative maps, and support decision-making processes for optimising agricultural practices.
Dr. Fakoya Olufumilayo
Agronomist
Dr. Fakoya Olufumilayo is a highly experienced agronomist and former Research Supervisor at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), Ibadan. Throughout her career, she has been involved in extensive agronomic research on crop production, optimisation, and capacity building across Northern and South-western Nigeria.
She holds a Bachelor of Agriculture, a Master of Agriculture in Crop Production and Plant Science, and a PhD in Crop Physiology — all from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB). She is a member of the Horticultural Society of Nigeria (HORTSON), currently serving as Secretary General, as well as a member of the Agricultural Society of Nigeria (ASN) and the International Society of Horticultural Science (ISHS).
